Bronowice Małe - an area of Krakow included in District VI Bronowice, a former village near Krakow. It was actually incorporated into Krakow by the Germans in 1941, and formally on January 18, 1945, as the XXXV cadastral district.
On November 20, 1900, the wedding of the poet Lucjan Rydel and Jadwiga Mikołajczykówna, a resident of Bronowice, took place in Włodzimierz Tetmajer's manor house in Bronowice, later called Rydlówka. This event became the basis for the drama Wesele by Stanisław Wyspiański.
