Tiramisù recipe - Varese, Italy

Its origin is disputed between the Italian regions of Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The name comes from the Italian tirami su (lit. 'pick me up' or 'cheer me up').

Tiramisu appears to have been invented in the late 1960s or early 1970s, but where, and when exactly is unclear. Some believe the recipe was modelled after sbatudin, a simpler dessert made of egg yolks and sugar. Others argue it originated from another dish, "dolce Torino".

She made her modeling debut in 1975 in the United States. Initially, she signed a contract with the New York branch of the Ford agency and began to participate in local fashion shows.  

In the same year, in November, she appeared on the cover of the British edition of the magazine "Vogue" and signed a contract with the modeling agency Tess in London.
