Namsan is a communication and observation tower located on Namsan Mountain. At 236 meters (774 ft), it marks the second-highest point in Seoul. You can hang a love padlock on the 2nd floor of the N Plaza, at the Roof Terrace.
In 2008, the Teddy Bear Museum was opened at the Tower, with a 7-meter Christmas tree made with 300 teddy bears to celebrate its opening.
