The world record for feasting was broken in Sofia. Over 3,000 inhabitants of the Bulgarian capital feasted at the longest table in the world, measuring 379.29 meters. The table, consisting of 410 smaller tables, is set in front of the Palace of Culture in the center of Sofia. Over 3,000 people sat down next to it and drank 500 liters of rakia in total.
