Rhode Island is the position with the longest name. Its official name was given in 1776 by the English King Charles II to Rhode Island and Providence Plantations. The largest insect in the world is in Providence, on the roof of the Pest Control Station building. It is an eighteen-meter blue ant - 928 times larger than it actually is.
