#13 FOTW - Tomari, Hokkaido, Japan

Hokkaido is the second-largest island of Japan. There are more brown bears in Hokkaido than anywhere else in Asia besides Russia. Near the city of Tomari there is a working Tomari Nuclear Power Plant.
